SituationIn 2003 Lupin launched its first branded drug in the US market. Suprax is a pediatric drug aimed at Otitis Media, Pharyngitis & Urinary Tract Infection. Suprax was earlier already present in the market through another Pharmaceutical company. It needed a design and advertising partner that could supplement its marketing efforts across the US, provide high quality branding solutions and quick turnaround time. At the same time offering the flexibility for Lupin to evolve its marketing needs based on the changing needs of the market and competitive forces.
